1.Work Out with a Trainer
Alicia gets her workouts done with the help of a personal trainer. Jeanette Jenkins, who has worked with the likes of Kelly Rowland and Pink, is a personal trainer for the singer. “Make a mental list of your favourite physical activities. Fitness programmes don’t have to be tedious. Fitness programmes that you enjoy are more likely to stick with you “according to the Mayo Clinic. “Consider taking a cycling class if you enjoy the sport. Taking an aerobics class that incorporates dance moves might be a good idea for you if you have a lot of fun on the dance floor. Consider joining a gym or a health club if you’re looking for a social outlet. For those who prefer to exercise on their own or who find gyms intimidating, fitness videos and at-home exercises may be ideal.”
2.Do Lots of Ab Work
3.Avoid Bread and Dairy
The year 2020 saw Alicia eliminate two items from her diet. Her Vogue interview reveals that in addition to cutting out dairy, she has also eliminated breads from her diet. “Honestly, I’m the first one to admit it… I’ve been dubbed a “breadaholic” by my friends. Finally, the fried foods, the oil, and all the other stuff in the skin is obviously not good.”
As Vogue reported, Alicia drinks a lot of water, and she carries “a big… jug” of it around with her at all times. “It’s a fact of life that you lose water through the passage of time. You must replenish your body’s water supply by eating and drinking water-containing foods and beverages “The Mayo Clinic explains this. For men, this amounts to 15.5 cups (3.7 litres) of fluids per day, while for women it is 11.5 cups (2.7 litres) per day, according to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine
Alicia also works out in the gym a lot, primarily doing cardio. In 2015, she trained for the New York City Marathon as a marathon runner. She also works out on a stationary bike.
